Company Policy

Reservations Policy:

  • Check-in timing 12:00 Noon & Check-out timing 11:00 Noon.
  • Early check-in charges would be applicable.
  • All the guests should carry their identity proof while check-in.
  • On special request, late check-out could be extended up to 12:00 PM on
    subject to availability.
  • In case of pay at hotel a credit card guarantee or billing letter would be
    required to confirm Reservation.
  • Full Payment At the time of Check in For Direct Guest or Self Payment.
  • Corporate Payment (Bill to Company) should be clear within 5 Days Credit
  • For Corporate, all bookings should be mailed on
    with prior intimation within 24 hours.
  • Extended stay payments should be done at the time of Extension.
  • All the amendments will be done as per hotels policy. We accept
    amendments only 72 hours prior to check-in.

Cancellations Policy:

  • Any cancellations 24hrs prior to the date would be fully chargeable.
  • In case of a No-show, one-day charges would be applicable.
  • Payments shall be non-refundable depending on the terms and conditions, which are variable according to the seasons.
